I joined the doTerra team and became an IPC (Independent Product Consultant) because I believe in using these products to enhance the health of my own family and those around me. I am interested in finding the many ways that these products can enhance lives. I want to share what I learn with those around me. The fun thing about being part of the doTerra Team is that I can be paid for sharing something that I believe in.  The  Compensation Plan is set up so that if you sign up below me I have incentive to help you grow your business as well.   In fact, I will work to find people to sign up below those who are signed up below me.   But, I am even more excited about the opportunity to share and learn with other moms about how these products have helped me and learn how other people are using them.  Sign up to get the products you need for your family cheaper and then lets work together to so that your products pay for themselves and give you a better standard of living.  
Simple ways to earn money with DōTerra:

Retail Profits
As an Independent Product Consultant, you will receive the difference between your customers' retail and preferred customer purchases and your consultant wholesale prices. Your Independent Product Consultant retail profit is 25% of retail sales and 9% of preferred customer sales.

 
Fast Start Bonus  
 Enjoy weekly checks and an accelerated earning period when you sponsor new IPCs.dōTERRA’s Fast Start Bonus is designed to provide immediate rewards for enrolling new consultants in your business organization by paying a generous weekly bonus on their initial purchases and sales. A Fast Start Bonus of 20% will be paid on the total personal sales volume of the consultants you personally enroll for the first 30 days after their enrollment. Additionally, the consultant who enrolled you will receive a bonus of 10% on your personally-enrolled consultants’ purchases. Your enroller’s enroller will receive a 5% bonus, and their enroller will receive a 3% bonus on the same volume of your personally-enrolled consultant during the first 30 days after enrollment. To qualify for this bonus, you must participate in dōTERRA’s Autoship Rewards program, with a minimum monthly autoship order of 100 PV. 


Power of 3 Team Bonus
Receive up to $1,500 per month just for building your qualified team structure. dōTERRA’s Power of 3™ Team Bonus is designed to provide generous bonuses to consultants who properly structure their organizations. There are three stages to this bonus which will be paid out each month as long as the required structure is maintained. To qualify for the first bonus, you must be a participant in dōTERRA’s Autoship Rewards program with a monthly autoship order of at least a 100 PV. Each month you have three first-level consultants who also have an autoship order of at least 100 PV, you will receive a $50 bonus in addition to your retail and Fast Start bonuses and other commissions. To qualify for the $50 bonus, you must also have a Team Volume (defined as your PV and the combined PV of all your first-level consultants) of at least 600 PV. To qualify for the second Power of 3 bonus of $250 ($500 during pre-launch phase of operations), simply help three consultants on your first level qualify for the $50 bonus themselves. To qualify for the third Power of 3 bonus, help three consultants on your first level qualify for the $250 bonus and you will receive $1,500 every month your team structure remains in place!

Organizational Leadership Bonuses (Paid Monthly and Quarterly)
As you grow your business you will be paid additional bonuses for your organizational leadership activities. dōTERRA provides generous uni-level bonuses of up to 7% down seven levels and beyond in your business organization. There are also company sales pools available to qualified consultant leaders who are paid commissions on 6% of total company commission-able sales volume in each market.
